Ingredients:
- 5 oz/ 350 grams garlic
- 7 oz/ 200 ml 95% alcohol or rum ( if using alcohol, make sure it doesn’t contain benzalkonium chloride or methanol)
Instructions:
- Peel the garlic, crush it, and combine it with the alcohol/ rum
- Transfer the mixture into a sterilizer jar and leave it like that for up to 10 days
- After 10 days, strain the solution and pour the mixture back to the bottle
- Keep it refrigerated for a few days
How to use :
This amount will be enough for a 10-day treatment. Dissolve a few drops of the remedy in a glass of water and drink it before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is recommended to use one drop in the mornings and afternoons, and two or three drops before dinner.
